  • Madey CRM provides CRM modules for sales, communication, automation, support, projects, and payments.
  • Features may evolve over time to improve service quality and security.

3. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for account credentials and authorized access control.
  • Any suspicious access should be reported immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the platform for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or data scraping beyond permissions.

5. Billing and Plans

  • Paid subscriptions and plan terms are governed by selected pricing and agreement terms.
  • Non-payment may result in service restriction or suspension as per contract.

6. Data Ownership

  • Customer data entered by account owners remains their business data.
  • Madey CRM processes data only to provide the contracted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Madey CRM is provided on a commercially reasonable basis with best-effort uptime and security.
  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to applicable paid service value.

8. Termination

  • Accounts violating terms may be suspended or terminated.
  • Users may request closure subject to billing and legal obligations.

9. Updates to Terms

  • These terms may be updated periodically.
  • Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
